APPLICATION CASE STUDY
One financial services client division with a total group of 65 people, with 6 sub-teams, wanted to determine whether departments were optimally balanced, and that individuals were well-matched in their respective roles, given significant changes in work volume and type in the future.Every individual completed a PTI assessment from which a wide array of data could be gathered about personal temperament, interaction styles and team role preferences.The data was shared in broad and generic form at all levels and individuals worked with managers to determine where potential changes could be made in the short, medium and long term.
