APPLICATION CASE STUDY
An international financial services organization wanted line managers to encourage a greater amount of individual self-development (relying more on self-assessment and study and less on formal classroom based training. Individuals were encouraged to explore one of nine topics each quarter (of their own choosing) and to take a subject relevant assessment from the WCOD Team development suite range.Having taken the assessment (on-line in most cases) and read the interpretive report generated as a result, individuals developed a specific action plan for the quarter, which was shared with the other team members.
