APPLICATION CASE STUDY
A multi-national IT and systems company was experiencing a significant shift to a younger generation of employees. However, many of these employees had been around long enough to have been promoted to supervisory and even managerial positions and were now leading individuals who were in many cases much older (with many issues of style difference emerging).The whole supervisory population was encouraged to undertake the Generational Style Assessment ahead of an off-site conference to discuss and try to resolve as many of the issues as possible. The detailed interpretive information in the assessment was extremely useful to individuals and the conference was a great success.
