The Safety/Risk Assessment Suite offers a series of tools to help better manage individual, team and organisational risk/safety issues. This includes the large-scale “Safe Assessment For Everyone” or “SAFE” system, which has a large (900 page+) resources section plus a survey system that allows users to utilise an employee safety survey in ten sub-category areas. The suite also includes three individual competency-based assessments.

All instruments are questionnaire-based using a series of competency sub-categories.
The assessments offered in this product family are available in either Self, 180-degree, or 360-degree form.
The completed instruments result in full interpretive reports generated in HTML or PDF formats.
APPLICATION CASE STUDY
A significant site in a manufacturing company was concerned about its recent Occupational Health and Safety performance and record. The SAFE system was utilized in two ways to help.Firstly the ten category question lead audit system was used to identify areas of weaknesses in the current OHS management approach.Secondly, the SAFE survey was used to gain employee input on current OHS performance. The results from both exercises were combined to build a forward plan.
