APPLICATION CASE STUDY
The consumer services division of a large Insurance organization knew it was about to undergo major changes arising from an acquisition in the forthcoming 12-month period and wanted to prepare its supervisors and managers so they would be able to better handle arising conflict.It was decided that all 200 supervisors and managers would complete the Conflict Style Assessment. The personal feedback from the assessment was well-received and helped managers to better plan for known conflict in upcoming changes and to learn more about their own potential or likely strengths and the development needs of individuals during the process.
