APPLICATION CASE STUDY
A director of a large consumer electronics company was looking to encourage their whole team of managers to realistically review their leadership strengths and development needs (individually as well as collectively).The director chose to use the HA Assessment process because it would provide such rich data in terms of behavioral traits. Assessment results were reviewed by the director, and one-to-one coaching and follow up development planning took place. In addition, a collective group report was created and the results discussed at a special meeting of the group. The team not only had a rich array of data upon which to base their future improvement actions as a team, but could readily see areas of common development need (and put plans in place to deal with these through further coaching, training and other means). |
