The Rapid Skill Builder® Suite of products offers “bite-sized” learning for building practical or foundational skills in many individual topic areas.

There are five sub families in this suite.

  1. A series of 26 e-learning modules take 90-120 total minutes to complete, although the learner can stop and start them as desired. They are all fully narrated and include video vignettes and assessments, as well as “flash-based” slide presentation material (with support documentation for a learner to follow).
  2. A series of 42 full colour printable 12-page booklets which offer a simple summary of a skill-based subject area.
  3. A series of 36 “presentation sets” which offer a 14-slide outline of a topic for a group discussion or training event.
  4. Printable facilitator guides for each of the 26 video-based RSB workshop programs.
  5. A number of other individual RSB resources that can be downloaded and/or printed.

APPLICATION CASE STUDY

A large multi-national Food manufacturing and distribution business was looking for a simple and cost effective way to lift employee “soft” skills in a variety of subject areas. Rapid Skill Builder® booklets were chosen because they could be widely distributed as locally printable page files (of only 12 pages)These RSBs were sent out on a once a month basis ahead of a 1-hour lunchtime training session in which the issues and points raised in the booklets were discussed by the team.
