The 20-20MDS® Product Suite is a large-scale, fully integrated action-learning based leadership and management education program that can lead individuals to formal and fully portable qualifications if they so desire.

There are five sub families in this suite.

  1. A series of 35 e-learning modules, all of which take 4-6 hours to complete and contain narration as well as “flash-based” slide presentation material (with support documentation for a learner to follow).
  2. A series of 45 full-colour 50-page+ printable booklets which offer a complete subject-relevant workbook to be used with the e-learning modules or on a stand-alone basis.
  3. A series of 35 one-day workshop presentations to use in training classes.
  4. Participant booklets that can be used in the same sessions.
  5. A number of other individual 20-20 MDS® resources that can be downloaded and/or printed.

APPLICATION CASE STUDY

A large multi-national financial services organization was looking to set up an in-house leadership academy and needed a robust and multi-faceted curricula to offer to middle managers across 10 separate locations/ countries.The 20-20 MDS® on-line modules were ideal in the circumstances because managers could undertake modules in cohorts (starting at the same time) and could be accessed at work and at home. In addition the system progress and assessments were all recorded making it easy to track work at any point for all concerned.
