The LMAT™ is a comprehensive cognitive perception assessment instrument specifically designed to evaluate mental agility needed to perform successfully in management and leadership positions. The LMAT™ includes five sub-tests, four of which are timed

APPLICATION CASE STUDY
A large multi-national bank in Asia wanted to screen people onto or off a large scale management training program in a fair and systematic way. The LMAT was used to test over 1500 people for 150 places available. This gave all applying individuals not only hard results in each of the five sections of the test (by way of a 10 page report) but also provided feedback on where future revision would yield better future results.
