APPLICATION CASE STUDY
A large scale retail organization needed a cost –effective way to determine base management competencies in a leader population of around 40 people.Both the Leadership and Management Effectiveness Profiles were used as assessments of a combined 20 key competencies (8 in the leadership and 12 in the management area).Each of the 40+ people completed both assessments on-line. In addition, the line manager of each person also completed the questionnaire, thereby immediately creating 180 degree feedback (even at the detailed question level). This allowed structured discussions to take place based on assessment-identified strengths and development needs.
