All instruments are questionnaire-based using a series of competency sub-categories.

The assessments offered in this product family are available in either Self, 180-degree, or 360-degree form.

The completed instruments result in full interpretive reports generated in HTML or PDF formats

APPLICATION CASE STUDY

A manufacturing client wanted to encourage its people identified as “high potential” to undertake a 360-degree assessment to provide feedback on their capacity to coach and mentor others in the future. The Coaching Effectiveness profile was used as the vehicle by which to collect feedback from 10 peers/colleagues for each high potential person (as well as allowing self and direct supervisor feedback). The resulting reports (running to 35+ pages of interpretive information and development planning notes) gave individuals rich feedback upon which to build a personal action plan to strengthen coaching skills.
